Fit4Drums® certifications are completed in a one day grace period. You will experience a 60 minutes Fit4Drums® class, followed by an introduction of the practical instructions in the science of the program and choreography. You will learn step by step, the different phases and techniques. During the workshop you will require to demonstrate a routine and your ability to execute safety movements and effective cueing. The Training varies between 6-8 hours. Prior fitness experience is recommended but not necessary.
